Basic Dyes and Solvent Base Inks Manufacturer in India

DYE inks belong to the group of  water based inks Manufacturer which are used in modern inkjet printers.

Water Based Flexo Ink Manufacturer in India, Water Based Flexo Ink Manufacturer Africa, Water Based Flexo Ink Manufacturer UAE, Water Based Flexo Ink Bangladesh.

Advantages: DYE Ink drawing from a wide color gamut with many displayable colors. Prints with DYE inks are ideal for printing on glossy photo paper, because this ink is taken as the only completely from the coating and so the gloss remains completely intact (unlike PIGMENT Ink).

Cons: The comparatively low durability limit the use strong a glossy photo or photo poster. Depending on the manufacturer and paper are within three to twelve months already first color changes visible. Not recommended for high-quality durable prints not suitable museum.

Pigment inks also belong to the group of water based inks (also dubbed with UV inks, which is to be drawn to the UV light resistance). Pigment inks usually have a slightly smaller color space than DYE Ink (now negligible, however, especially in well-calibrated workflow).

Benefits:Your strengths are the high durability. Prints with our HP 5000 can keep under HP on suitable material to 200 years for prints with our Epson to 75 years. The Epson ink is a compromise between the best properties of the dye ink (wide color gamut) with the best properties of Pigment Ink (long life). Absolutely museum suitable.

Disadvantages: The color consists of tiny color pigments. The have the property only partly penetrate the coating, partially remain lying on the coating on top. But that photo paper only visible in high-gloss and only at very high ink coverage. This means that shines a pressure on such a photo glossy paper in bright colors and in dark colors easily becomes dull - but even that can have its appeal.

SOLVENT inks belong to the group of solvent-based inks. These inks are still relatively new and the technology advances. Solvent ink has not the characteristics of a high-quality photo printing, but everywhere where it comes to long life to, they are ideal.

Advantages: Very long shelf life, high abrasion resistance, waterproof. Very good applications in outdoor areas.

Cons: Low color space, a few materials for photo printing, relatively coarse printing screen, smell of solvent ink.
